Jennifer Vavrinchik, MSN, RN, CNN
Jennifer, a co-founder, has 26 years of nephrology experience as a clinical and client services professional. She has worked with Renal Therapies as Director of Nursing specializing in home therapies and served as Director of Clinical Services for Spectra Laboratories. In addition, she founded and served as President for JAV Consulting, Inc. Jennifer has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She is a member of the American Nephrology Nurses’ Association and a certified nephrology nurse.
Glenda Payne, MS, RN, CNN
Director of Clinical Services
Glenda Payne, Director of Clinical Services, has more than 40 years experience in nephrology as a clinical and regulatory professional. She has worked as a clinical nurse specialist and research nurse in the Dallas area. Glenda has also worked with Texas Department of Health and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as a surveyor and nurse consultant. Glenda has an Associate Degree in Nursing from El Centro Community College and Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She is active at the local, regional, and national levels of the American Nephrology Nurses’ Association and is the 2012 – 2013 President for ANNA.
